By accessing or using our website (www.velorawheels.com) and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website and our services immediately.

These Terms govern the use of our website and the purchase of custom-built wheels for high-performance applications.

3. Limitation of Liability

VeloraWheels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Use of our products is at the customer's own risk.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Colorado.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Effective Date.”

Return & Exchange Policy

6. Return Eligibility

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the wheels are damaged upon arrival. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing and Disputes

8. Custom Product Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you acknowledge that VeloraWheels produces custom-built, made-to-order wheels tailored to your specifications. Production lead times are approximately 9–12 weeks, which includes design, machining, coating, and quality control.

9. Order Fulfillment

Shipping labels may be generated in advance to streamline logistics. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other third parties.

10. No Cancellations or Chargebacks

Because orders are custom-made, all sales are final. No cancellations, chargebacks, or disputes will be accepted once production begins. If a dispute is filed after the product has shipped, we reserve the right to report the action as fraudulent and seek legal remedies.

Installation & Use

The buyer is solely responsible for proper installation, use, and maintenance of the wheels. It is highly recommended that wheels be installed by a qualified professional. VeloraWheels is not liable for damage or injury caused by improper installation or misuse.

Warranty Information

11. 1-Year Finish Warranty

VeloraWheels offers a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in the finish. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

12. 3-Year Structural Warranty

We warrant that our wheels will be free from structural defects for 3 years from the date of purchase, provided they are used on unmodified street-use vehicles. Any modifications (including aftermarket studs, lug nuts, suspension parts, or powertrain changes) will void the warranty.

Exclusions:

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, curb rash, or improper installation

• Damage from motorsport or racing use

• Natural wear and tear

13. Motorsports Disclaimer

Our products are designed for high-performance applications. Use in motorsports or aggressive driving entails inherent risk. The buyer assumes full responsibility for such use. VeloraWheels is not liable for injuries, vehicle damage, or other losses related to motorsport activities.

Legal Enforcement

By placing an order, you agree to abide by all terms outlined above. Any attempt to dispute a valid custom order may result in legal action to recover damages and protect VeloraWheels’ interests.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Warranty policies. VeloraWheels reserves the right to update these policies at any time.
